Our Story
A Space to Work, Meet & Unwind
Bambi’s Cove began life as 'The Cove' - a simple idea from Keely and Laura, two Minehead residents who wanted to create a comfortable space for people who work remotely, freelance, or run their own small businesses.
Working from home can be isolating, and cafés aren’t always ideal, so we set out to make something different.
A space where you can just turn up, grab a desk, and get things done, surrounded by friendly faces, good coffee, and a bit of buzz in the background.
Our mission has always been to make working locally more enjoyable, more social, and more flexible.
How We’ve Grown
When we moved into our new home on Blenheim Road, we decided to expand what The Cove offered, creating a space that could be used and enjoyed by more of our community.
That’s where Bambi’s Cove was born.
We added a licensed bar (Bambi's) and extended our opening hours on select evenings and weekends, so the space could naturally transition from a relaxed work hub by day to a welcoming social spot after hours.
You can still come to work, meet clients, or simply get out of the house - but now you can also stay a little longer, unwind with a glass of wine, or meet others.
Meet The Team
Keely and Laura host the coworking side of things - keeping the space running smoothly, welcoming new faces, and making sure everyone feels at home.
Stewart is the licensee and owner of Bambi’s Cove. He oversees the bar operations and venue management, , ensuring everything runs to a professional standard.
Together, the three of us have built Bambi’s Cove - as a space that adapts to the people who use it - somewhere that works just as well for a quiet morning with a laptop as it does for a relaxed evening drink.
